Sightline Payments, a cashless payments provider, announced a new program this week called “VIP Select“.
Sightline already offers cashless payment solutions within casinos in the United States and will now provide a VIP option for high rollers. The VIP Select program will offer players the ability to use a Play+ account and fund up to $1 million for gaming needs.
Details of the New Program
VIP Select is offered to patrons by invitation only. Casinos that utilize Sightline Payments can choose to invite anyone they wish to the program. High-value clients can then fill out an application to see if they qualify.
Customers will need to complete due diligence which includes filling out an application with personal details. The individual will need to have a verified history with accounts connected to gaming and not be on any type of watchlist or self-exclusion list.
VIP Select will use the same format as Play+ accounts to ensure simple transactions. There will be no additional software needed for players to utilize the program and add more cash to their gaming accounts.
With Play+, patrons can easily access gaming and entertainment options from most online gaming companies within the United States. Over forty states offer the payment option within 80 gaming operators utilizing the system.
All types of casino gaming are eligible for Play+ including horse betting, sports betting, online gaming and land-based casinos.
Will VIP Select Become Popular?
It will be interesting to see if this new program will become popular among the high roller crowd. Digital banking is now a top priority among patrons and this new option gives players a unique way to have cash on hand so to speak for gaming needs.
