Hi! I am Sadonna Price, and I’m a professional content writer focusing on the online gambling industry.
Even though I earned a degree in interior design, I quickly found another passion — writing. Since I enjoyed playing casino games in land-based casinos, I discovered a rapidly expanding gambling industry in the US and a need for professional writers to cover it. That’s when I knew I could combine two of my big passions and become a casino writer.
I quickly found a few gigs as a writer and started covering land-based and online gambling news in the US. I was mainly a news writer and a journalist, but I occasionally wrote op-eds, blog posts, SEO pages, and more. What I discovered along the way was a great online gambling community, which is much larger nowadays compared to the early 2000s. I had an opportunity to meet many lovely people who helped me gain a clearer understanding of the industry and become better at my job.
Poker is my favorite gambling vertical, but I’ve played my share of casino games. I especially enjoy playing blackjack and baccarat on the web, as I believe one can improve their chances by mastering these card games. At first, I was amazed by RNG card games, and I didn’t have a clue about live dealer games. Once providers started experimenting with it, I switched to live casino games which I still actively play in my free time. Apart from live blackjack and baccarat, I enjoy live roulette games; European roulette is my favorite.
That said, I also enjoy playing pure luck-based games, and it’s no secret that I’m a big fan of online video slots. After all, I’ve been covering new slot releases from industry-leading providers for years and am fully capable of recognizing a high-quality and high-paying online one-armed bandit.
Even though I like to say that writing and gambling are my passions, they are actually in the second and third place in my life, as my two lovely kids share the top spot on that particular podium. I like to joke that I’m a full-time mom and a part-time writer.
CasinoUSA proved to be an excellent opportunity to continue pursuing my passions by covering the latest news and reviewing various great online casinos, slots, table games, and more. Feel free to check out some of my work on this platform, as I’m sure it will help you determine which online casino is best for you.
