MGM was then approached and stated special offers were being sent out to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casinousa.com\/news\/mgms-new-rewards-program-includes-non-gaming-customers\">reward members<\/a> to show appreciation for their loyalty. <\/p>\n<h2 id=\"special-deals-for-reward-members\">Special Deals for Reward Members <\/h2>\n<p>Vital Vegas stated on X that MGM reached out via email and wanted to provide \u2018<em>heartfelt gratitude<\/em>\u2019 for his unwavering loyalty and patience during the events from September. <strong>MGM stated they appreciate the trust and commitment and are dedicated to showing appreciation<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p><center><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Nice make-good on the part of MGM Resorts\u2014perk for loyalty club members following the hack, watch your in-box if you stayed at an MGM resort in September. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/JKp8Xc2od4\">pic.twitter.com\/JKp8Xc2od4<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Vital Vegas (@VitalVegas) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/VitalVegas\/status\/1711899181466661090?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 11, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/center><\/p>\n<p>The post also stated that whether the individual chose to stay with MGM or cancel\/postpone the trip, the company is steadfast in its resolve to make up the issue. This seems to say that MGM is still having issues with MGM Rewards. It is expected that updates to the rewards program will be done in the next few weeks, but the exact time frame is unknown. <\/p>\n<p>MGM was asked about the special deals and how a guest would qualify for a reward. The brand stated that they provide various offers by sending communications directly to the customers.
