GameCo recently announced that it has received a unanimous approval for their skill gaming platform from the <strong>Nevada Gaming Commission<\/strong> (NGC). The NGC\u2019s approval sets GameCo up to distribute and market their games to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casinousa.com\/states\/nevada\">Nevada casinos<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>GameCo recently concluded a successful six-month trial of two of its games. The two games were \u201c<em>All-Star Hoops<\/em>\u201d and \u201c<em>Nothin\u2019 but Net 2<\/em>\u201d which were trialed at the Park MGM, the Linq Hotel, and the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, as well as the Atlantis in Reno. <\/p>\n<p>Previously, GameCo had stationed their games in 20 venues at tribal casinos located in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casinousa.com\/states\/connecticut\">Connecticut<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casinousa.com\/states\/california\">California<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casinousa.com\/states\/oklahoma\">Oklahoma<\/a>, as well as commercial properties in the state of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casinousa.com\/states\/mississippi\">Mississippi<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Blaine Graboyes<\/strong> who is the co-founder and CEO of GameCo said that the approval from the NGC is a significant milestone for a startup that is targeting the highly regulated gambling industry. <\/p>\n<p>All-Star Hoops and Nothin\u2019 but Net 2 are both basketball-based games where players attempt to make the most number of shots on a video screen within an allotted period of time. Both games have single player as well as multiplayer gambling modes. The house keeps a percentage edge on all games played. <\/p>\n<p>GameCo is also planning to launch a number of new games featuring similar mechanics in the near-future. These include <em>Destination Tiki, a Match 3 Slots Game<\/em> and a golf-based game called <em>Sweet Spot Golf<\/em>. Some of the other games in the pipeline include <em>Steve Aoki\u2019s Neon Dream Rhythm Runner<\/em> and <em>Star Trek: Voyager<\/em>. The company also has plans to come out with a multiplayer arena, where gamblers can play one-on-one or in knockout tournaments similar to eSports events right on the casino floor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GameCo LLC<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"position:relative;height:0;padding-bottom:56.25%\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/S0_LhOtdhhE?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0?ecver=2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" style=\"position:absolute;width:100%;height:100%;left:0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"belief-in-virtual-skill-games-pays-off\">Belief in Virtual Skill Games Pays Off<\/h2>\n<p>Graboyes said the company\u2019s success of their field trials point to the fact that novel game types and mechanics will draw millennial gamblers. At least 80% of GameCo\u2019s coin-in revenue arrived from players from Generation X or younger, as opposed to 20% for the company\u2019s traditional slot game offerings.<\/p>\n<p>GameCo also found that they realized at least 12% more uncarded play with their new games, compared to other traditional <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casinousa.com\/games\/slots\/real-money-slots\">slot machines<\/a> or other skill games in the market.
